These terms apply to orders placed with Filing Order. Please read them before you order.
1. About us
This website is operated by Mohammed Saber Uddin, trading as Filing Order, a sole trader based at 185 Plashet Road, London, E13 0QZ. You can contact us at info.msutrade@gmail.com or on 07477 110459.
2. Our products
We sell filing cabinets, fire rated cabinets, pedestals, lockers and locker nests, shelving and archive runs, cupboards, archive boxes and suspension files, safes, and storage packages for offices, archive rooms, locker rooms, schools and regulated records. Product pages describe the size, materials, lock type and, where relevant, the fire rating and certificate for each item.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to prices and we do not issue VAT invoices.
4. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Delivery charges depend on weight and are set out on our Delivery page. Large deliveries are booked by phone, and you should tell us about steps, lifts or narrow doors when we call.
5. Flat packed and pre assembled items
Each product shows whether it is supplied flat packed or pre assembled. We supply only and do not install or anchor items. Tall units must be anchored to the wall with the fixings supplied, by you or your own fitter.
6. Locks
Lockable items can be supplied with a key lock, a combination lock with master override, or a digital lock with user codes, an audit of recent openings and master override. The product page states which options are available.
7. Fire ratings
Where a product carries a fire rating, that rating is only valid when backed by a test certificate from a named test house. Ratings for paper do not apply to digital media. Details are on our Fire ratings, explained plainly page.
8. Cancellations, returns and faulty goods
Your rights to cancel and return goods are set out on our Returns and refunds page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
9. Business buyers
If you buy in the course of a business, the consumer cancellation rights described on our returns page do not apply to you. Faulty goods are always put right.
10. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
