This notice explains how Mohammed Saber Uddin, trading as Filing Order, collects and uses your personal data. We are the data controller for the information you give us.
What we collect
- Your name, email address, telephone number and delivery and billing addresses.
- Your order history and any messages you send us, including room details you share when asking for product advice.
- Technical data such as your IP address and pages visited, collected through our checkout provider.
Card details are processed by Shopify, our checkout provider, and are never stored by us.
How we use it
- To process and deliver your order. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To answer questions and recommend products. Room details are used only for that, and for nothing else.
- To handle returns and questions. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To keep accounting records for six years, as required by law. This is a legal obligation.
- To improve our service and prevent fraud. This is in our legitimate interests.
Who we share it with
We share your data only with those who help us run the business, such as Shopify, who provide our checkout, and delivery partners who bring your order to you. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep order and accounting records for six years to meet tax law. Other messages are kept only for as long as needed to answer them.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email info.msutrade@gmail.com and we will reply within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
