This page explains how cancellations, returns and faulty goods are handled. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Changing your mind
If you are a consumer, you can cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have 14 days from the day you receive your delivery to tell us you want to cancel.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. You pay the cost of returning the item. For large items, we can arrange collection on your behalf, and we tell you the collection cost before it is booked.
Flat packed items
If a flat packed item has already been assembled, it can still be returned within the cancellation period, but it must come back undamaged and fit to sell again.
Safes
If a safe has been set to your own code, reset it to its default or a code you can share with us before you return it.
Business buyers
If you are buying in the course of a business, the consumer cancellation rights above do not apply to you. Faulty goods are always put right, whether you are a consumer or a business.
Faulty goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If an item is faulty, tell us and we will put it right, by repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
How to arrange a return
Email info.msutrade@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we will confirm the next steps, including any collection arrangements for large items.
